It is the purpose of
Optimum Staffing, Inc. to provide reliable, qualified, competent and
experienced drivers and personnel to our clients on a temporary
basis. OSI will attempt to meet the requirements and needs of
our clients through an initial meeting and on going communications.
Our candidate screening process ensures that we will offer clients
qualified personnel to operate their equipment….. Therefore, we
require that our drivers meet the following guidelines;
• Qualifies as outlined in Part 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier
Safety Regulations.
• Passes Pre-Employment Department of Transportation Physical and
Drug Screen.
• Participate in a random Alcohol and Drug screening program.
• Passes a pre-employment and annual review of the individuals Motor
Vehicle Record.
• Ensure that drivers have at least two years tractor trailer
experience.
• A current copy of the driver’s Commercial Drivers License and
ensure the validity with Annual Reviews
• Require a completed and verified application, including past
convictions, license suspension and work history of ten years.
• Workmen’s Compensation Insurance coverage for all employees
working for Optimum Staffing, Inc.
• Fidelity Bond Coverage for Drivers of $100,000.00 for any
fraudulent or dishonest acts.
• Assurance that Drivers understand D.O.T. Rules and Regulations.
• Hold and maintain complete personnel records.
• Ensures that all
qualified drivers adhere to the outlined hours of service criteria
established by the Department of Transportation.
